Delivery dates are subject to change due to circumstances with UPS or USPS. This is NOT in our control. 

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will do our best to fix it. 

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, you will be charged a $5 reshipment fee. The fee will be invoiced via email. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
