Return and Exchange Policies

Returns

Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order tracking number.

Receipt or packing list is required with the returned item.

Returns are accepted for in-store credit only.

Returns must be received in new condition with tags attached. Footwear must have not been worn and returned in the original box.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund for store credit.

No returns on accessories, hats, blankets, belts, home decorations.

All SALE items are final. Returns are not accepted on SALE items.
